Service Description

Create long, lean and toned muscles and improve posture by focusing on core movements, a full range of motion and adding strength in these low-impact classes performed on mats. Improve your flexibility, muscle tone, reduce stress and enhance physical and emotional balance and wellbeing. Dates: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 9, 16, 23, 30.
