Service Description

Reach your fitness goals by leveraging your body weight to develop strength, burn fat, improve your balance and increase flexibility. This workout will run you through a variety of TRX strength exercises fused with cardio and stretching to leave you feeling toned, accomplished, and strong. Dates: March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10, 17, 24.
