The class will help to improve cardio, muscle tone and strength. Good time guaranteed! You will need a mat and a pair of dumbbells. Delivered via Zoom.

About the Event

Exercise class that can be done at home. Minimal equipment is required: pair of dumbbells and a mat. The dumbbells can be easily substituted with household items. Towel or blanket can be used in place of mat. You will receive the link with access information (e.g. a link to the event and login details) after making your payment. Space is limited. NO REFUND OR CREDIT.
