About the Event
All levels Fitness class via Zoom. Equipment required: pair of light dumbells (4-6 lbs), a mat and sometimes we use Fitball and round resistance band. Modifications will be provided for those who don't have the ball and/or the band. Dumbells can be replaces with any weighted houshold items, such as bottles with sand. A blanket can be used in place of mat. You will receive the link with access information (e.g. a link to the event and login details) after making your payment. Space is limited. NO REFUND OR CREDIT.
