About the Event

Exercise class that can be done at home. Equipment required: pair of light (3-6 lbs) dumbbells, mat, exersise ball and circle resistance band. The dumbbells can be easily substituted with household items such as soup cans or bottles of water. Towel or blanket can be used in place of mat. Modifications will be provided if you don't have exersise ball and resistance band. You will receive the link with access information (e.g. a link to the event and login details) after making your payment. Space is limited. NO REFUND OR CREDIT.
