All levels Pilates Yoga class via Zoom. No equipment is required, except of yoga mat or towel and a small ball. Any kids ball can be used or no ball at all if the ball is not available. You will receive the link with access information (e.g. a link to the event and login details) after making your payment. Space is limited. NO REFUND OR CREDIT.
