Service Description

This class is challenging and fun, includes cardio intervals for burning calories/weight loss and resistance training for sculpting/toning the body. The class will help to improve cardio, muscle tone and strength. Good time guaranteed! Dates: March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, April 12, 19, 26.
